Texas Hog Hunters Associaton is a grass roots organization that was founded  after a series of failed hog hunts, lack of centralized information and resources.

 

Since its founding in early 2015 as a social media page, THHA has experienced an increase in its social media members and following at a sustained growth rate every month. We have developed, built and grown relationships with people all over this great State from all aspects of the hunting community who have a wealth of knowledge in hunting and are eager to teach and share.

 

Hunters, ranchers, outfitters, outdoor personalities and businesses with products and services related to the hunting community have also found their way to THHA and have embraced the organization as a whole and support our vision and mission.

 

We are here to ensure that hunters can find a high quality, reputable and reliable source to hunt, whether its an outfitter or public land resources.

 

We are here to ensure that outfitters can have another positive and high traffic avenue for advertising their operations and also provide a boost in promoting their services.

 

We want landowners and ranchers to know that we are concerned with the destructiion to their lands and crops and are here to assist them, we have built and maintain a list of trappers around the State and the counties that they serve. If they are on our list, then they will adhere to our values and reputation otherwise they will not be endorsed or associated with Texas Hog Hunters Association again.

 

We want to provide an additional resource for business's to advertise and promote their companies and the products that they provide.

 

We support all styles of hog hunting, we are not restrictive to any means and methods used to catch and kill feral hogs, from guns , archery, running dogs and even helicopter eradication practices.

 

 

The end result is clearly defined, we must work together by what ever means is necessary and available to attempt to reduce and control the numbers of this plague called Feral hogs.
